Diet, this is the question that every women think about even at once. For me, I decide so many times a day to do diet, but it will not happen always. Diet is considered much more self-contentment no matter how people look like or weight. At some moment, the expression “bagel beauty” is popular in beauty field. It is a compound word with baby face and glamour body. According to this expression, young and elastic skin is important in beauty.
However, it is really hard to do diet and keep young skin at the same time? Diet is the enemy of skin. Even though you ingest many healthy food while you are dieting, your skin lose the tightening as losing weight. Therefore, you start to exercise to tighten up your skin, Your skin is damaged because of heat generating during exercising.

Diet is sometimes good for your health and mind but too much obsessive about that. I worry that the standard of the beauty is spoiled to wrong way. Korean girls and boys are obsessed with skinny body and really want to be. It does not have to be I think. All people are beautiful regardless of appearance. Beauty cannot be defined by only look.
